Hour: 0-10 hours per week

Pay: £12.71 per hour weekdays & £12.77 per hour weekends

Shift: 9am - 2pm/ 2pm to 5pm - Weekday and alternative Weekends

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our Care Home Tye Green Lodge in Harlow.Nestled in the heart of Harlow, Tye Green Lodge combines high-quality care with modern, comfortable living. This61 bed purpose-built home features spacious en-suite accommodation, elegant communal areas, and beautifully maintained gardens. Residents benefit from personalised care, engaging activities, and a supportive community designed to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

As a Housekeeper you will maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable and have a welcoming tidy environment, through compassionate and person-centred approach to supporting residents' wellbeing.

What You'll Bring

• You must have relevant experience or willing to learn the necessary skills.
• A positive, caring, and respectful attitude towards residents.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene, and infection control.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• You'll help create a homely and caring atmosphere for our residents and ensure the quality of their lives is maximised.
• Provide a full range of housekeeping and cleaning duties, ie sanitising rooms, bathrooms, communal areas and changing and making beds, with cored disposal of waste.
• Provide support with Laundry duties including replenishing linen and supplies
• Following health and safety policies and procedures.
