Your Housing Group is seeking a Housekeeper at Pennington Lodge to support vulnerable people with a professional cleaning service. The role covers indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for residents, staff and visitors.
Working 16 hours per week across Monday to Friday, the successful candidate will manage cleaning of vacant flats, bedding washing, and preparing flats for new occupants, while upholding high standards and a strong customer care ethos.

Pennington Lodge is a homeless family lodge, offering customers temporary accommodation alongside opportunity to make progress in their lives, to build resilience and meet their aspirations.
As our Housekeeper, you will carry out a range of high standard cleaning duties to all indoor (offices and communal areas) and outdoor areas of the building, providing a clean and hygienic environment for residents, staff and visitors.
You will ensure our flats provide residents with the highest standards of accommodation, you will be responsible for the cleaning of vacant flats on scheme, washing of bedding, preparing the flat for new occupants in a timely fashion.
The hours of work are 16 hours per week between Monday and Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
First and foremost, you will be responsible for the first impression of our scheme to customers, staff, visitors and other professionals.
