Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Housing Services Lead to support the Housing and Partnership Manager in delivering high quality services to residents at an Extra Care scheme in Bedale. You will focus on resident involvement, health and safety, and compliant tenancy management.
You will build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors, maintain accurate records, and work flexibly across a nine-day fortnight model with a commitment to learning and development.

Within the role of Housing Services Lead you will assist the Housing and Partnership Manager in ensuring resident involvement is intrinsically linked to delivering excellent housing services and enabling residents to live independently within a designated Extra Care scheme.

As part of our commitment to our employees and offering flexibility, we now offer a nine-day fortnight, providing employees with the opportunity to work their hours across nine days and have a three-day weekend every other week.
