Job summary

The Inn Collection Group in Durham is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our busy housekeeping team. You will clean rooms to a high standard, keep public areas welcoming, and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure memorable stays for guests.

We value friendly, detail-oriented individuals who stay calm under pressure and work well with colleagues. Training is provided through our Lead-Inn program, with scope for career growth within our award-winning pubs with rooms.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
