Job summary

The Inn Collection Group in Northallerton is seeking a proactive Housekeeper to deliver spotless rooms and welcoming public spaces in a cosy country pub with rooms.

You will work with a friendly housekeeping team, follow safety guidelines, manage linen stocks, and respond promptly to guest needs to ensure memorable stays.

If you are reliable and take pride in cleanliness, you’ll fit right inn and help us keep our guests happy.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
