The Pheasant Inn, a beautifully refurbished 17th-century coaching inn in Cumbria, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join The Inn Collection Group team. You’ll clean guest rooms to high standards, keep public areas welcoming, and promptly report maintenance needs.

Reliability, a passion for cleanliness, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential. You’ll work with a friendly team to deliver memorable stays, with training provided and a supportive work environment.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
