Job summary

The Seaburn Inn, part of Inn Collection Group in Sunderland, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain spotless guest rooms and keep public areas inviting. You’ll play a key role in delivering a warm, comfortable stay for guests by the sea.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms to high standards and ensure public areas are welcoming.
• Promptly report maintenance issues and replenish supplies (linen, towels, room amenities).
• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a positive guest experience.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
