Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is hiring a Housekeeper to join our cosy country pub with rooms, located in Northallerton. You will help maintain pristine rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and visitors.

As part of a dedicated housekeeping team, you will follow safety guidelines, stay organized, and keep inventory of linen and room supplies, contributing to memorable guest experiences at our multi-award-winning pubs with rooms.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality environments preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Report maintenance issues and manage linen and supplies.
• Provide a warm and efficient service to guests and colleagues.

You’ll Fit Right Inn

At The Inn Collection Group, we are pubs with rooms- not just any rooms, but pristinely kept spaces, prepared for each guest to enjoy an unforgettable stay. This high standard is made possible by our dedicated and skilled housekeeping teams. .

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you'll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You'll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
