Job summary

The Amble Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean rooms and public areas, ensuring guest comfort and safety.

You will work with a dedicated housekeeping team, report maintenance issues promptly, manage linen and supplies, and help deliver memorable guest experiences in Northumberland.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
