Job summary

Potters Resorts Five Lakes, Colchester Road, Tolleshunt Knights, Maldon, Essex, CM9 8HX, is seeking reliable Housekeeping Team Members for 30 hours per week, 9am–3pm, five days out of seven with rotational weekend work. Full training will be provided for those without prior experience.

You’ll clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard, make beds, replenish supplies, and assist guests with requests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and refreshing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
• Making beds, dusting, vacuuming and sanitising surfaces.
• Replenishing towels, toiletries and other guest amenities.
• Responding politely and helpfully to guest requests.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items.
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely.
• Following health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Working closely with colleagues to complete rooms efficiently and on time.

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Previous housekeeping experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Hours and location

• 30 hours per week
• 9am–3pm
• Working five days out of seven
• Rotational weekend and bank holiday working

Please note that, due to our rural location and lack of public transport, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

What you’ll be doing:
