Job summary

Cygnet Group in Huddersfield is looking for a confident Housekeeper with a passion for making a difference to others. You will work full time (35 hours per week) at Gledholt Mews and Coach House, providing a clean, safe environment for people in our care.

Responsibilities include cleaning, maintaining high standards, following COSHH, replenishing stock, and adhering to health and safety procedures. A DBS check Enhanced is required.

Qualifications

Experienced in housekeeping or domestic work (desirable)
Knowledgeable of COSHH (desirable)
Friendly, conscientious & have a positive attitude
A good communicator

Responsibilities

Provide a cleaning and general housekeeping service
Ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness
Carry out daily & weekly cleaning regimes
Replenish stock & ensure that equipment is clean & well maintained
Employ safe working practices and adhere to health & safety procedures
Comply with COSHH regulations

We are looking for a confident Housekeeperwith a passion for making a difference to others.

You'll be working Full time 35 Hours per Week (7 hour days and including alternative weekends) at Gledholt Mews and Coach House, helping provide a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care

Gledholt Mews and Coach House is our community rehabilitation (level 1) service for adults with mental health needs or a personality disorder who have been able to progress through the hospital pathway and are looking for the next stage in their rehabilitation journey or for those who may be stepping up from a community placement.

Located in Huddersfield just next to Greenhead College and Park, the service provides support to individuals who are ready to take responsibility for the continuation of their own rehabilitation and recovery in a safe environment, whilst living in the wider community.
