Job summary

Cygnet Broughton House in Lincoln is seeking a confident Housekeeper to join our team and help provide a safe, healthy environment for residents. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers meaningful work at a 29-bed residential service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge.

You will perform cleaning, maintain high cleanliness standards, follow COSHH procedures where applicable, replenish supplies and ensure equipment is well maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or domestic work is desirable.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations is desirable.
• Friendly, conscientious and a good communicator.
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide a cleaning and general housekeeping service.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness across the site.
• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning regimes.
• Replenish stock and ensure that equipment is clean and well maintained.
• Employ safe working practices and adhere to health & safety procedures.
• Comply with COSHH regulations.
