Job summary

The Inn Collection Group’s The Black Swan in Helmsley is seeking a proactive Housekeeper. You’ll ensure rooms and public areas are spotless, creating a welcoming stay for guests in a historic inn with character.

You’ll work with a dedicated housekeeping team, follow safety guidelines, balance stock levels, and contribute to a warm, guest-centered environment that makes people happy.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
