Job summary

The Inn Collection Group – The Knaresborough Inn – is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. You will maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable stay for every guest.

We value reliability, attention to detail and teamwork. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a multi-award-winning hospitality group known for heartfelt hospitality.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
