The Inn Collection Group is seeking a proactive Housekeeper for The Knaresborough Inn. You will ensure spotless rooms and public spaces, delivering a warm, welcoming experience for guests in a riverside inn with character.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
