Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is looking for a diligent Housekeeper at Ullswater Inn, located on the southern shore of Ullswater in the Lake District. You will ensure rooms and public spaces meet high standards, respond promptly to maintenance issues, and follow safety guidelines while managing linen and room supplies.

This role supports a welcoming guest experience and a collaborative housekeeping team. Colleague accommodation is included, with additional benefits such as discounted rates for family

Responsibilities

• Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues.
• You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
• A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly.
• As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
