Job summary

The Harrogate Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain our welcoming spaces and guest comfort on weekends in Harrogate.

You will work with a friendly housekeeping team to clean guest rooms to high standards, stock supplies, and ensure public areas are neat and inviting, while following safety guidelines and reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Reliable and able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms to high standards and restock supplies.
• Keep public areas clean and welcoming.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a positive guest experience.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
