Job summary

The Inn Collection Group’s Harrogate Inn is looking for a diligent Housekeeper to ensure rooms and public areas meet our high standards. You will clean guest rooms, restock supplies, and report maintenance issues promptly to keep guest experiences exceptional.

This weekend-only, part-time role offers a friendly team atmosphere, training, and opportunities for career development across our network of inns.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred.
• Attention to detail and reliability are essential.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning rooms to high standards and ensuring public areas are welcoming.
• Promptly reporting maintenance issues and managing linen, towels, and room supplies.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
