The Hog’s Head Inn in Alnwick, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Housekeeper to help create clean, welcoming spaces for guests. You’ll join a team renowned for warm hospitality and high standards, delivering spotless rooms and tidy public areas with pride.

You’ll work collaboratively in a busy, guest-focused environment, following safety guidelines, managing linen stocks, and reporting maintenance needs promptly to keep our inns looking their best.

Qualifications

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
