Job summary

The Seaton Lane Inn, a boutique-style pub with rooms, is part of The Inn Collection Group. We are seeking a friendly Housekeeper to maintain our high cleanliness and comfort standards for guests, ensuring rooms and public areas are welcoming and well stocked.

You will join a dedicated housekeeping team, follow safety guidelines, report maintenance issues, and work calmly under pressure to deliver memorable stays in a beautiful North of England location.

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
