We are seeking a dedicated and experienced House Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential home near Lanark. This is an opportunity to create the passionate, collaborative culture and set the high standards that we require to achieve the best possible outcomes for our young people. The House Manager is a key leadership role, responsible for creating a stable, safe and caring environment for the young people in our care, while supporting and developing a team of Therapeutic Support workers.
