As our Residential Service Manager, you will lead and inspire a committed staff team within a nurturing, caring and relational culture. You will champion high standards of practice to ensure children receive exceptional, trauma‑informed support.
You won't be working in isolation. Our services are part of a connected cluster of residential services, giving you access to a strong network of peer support, shared expertise and collaborative leadership. You'll join a group of experienced Managers who meet regularly, problem solve together and offer practical and emotional support when needed. This structure ensures you're never alone in facing challenges and can draw on a wealth of knowledge to continually strengthen the service and outcomes for young people.
Working hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday (with rotational out of hours, duty management responsibilities including weekends. You will be part of group of on‑call managers with support from a senior duty manager).
