• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, housekeeping or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with patients, relatives and colleagues.

• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Understanding of cleanliness, infection prevention and control, and health and safety standards.
• Experience with stock management, ordering supplies and maintaining equipment is desirable.
• Basic IT skills including email and data entry.

• Flexible, reliable and adaptable with willingness to learn and undertake further training.
• Understanding of confidentiality, dignity and respect in healthcare.
