Job summary

WHC Személyzeti Szolgáltató Kft. is seeking an Hourly Paid Learning Support Assistant and Carer to support the Skills for Life team. You will help deliver a range of programmes for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in a college setting.

You will work flexibly as part of a team, assisting learners to access all aspects of college life and to benefit from links with local schools. Training and development are encouraged to upskill continuously.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students who have diverse special learning needs.
• Qualified and experienced First Aider with Care training and qualifications.
• Proactive professional who can work with teaching team to remove barriers and support learner assessment.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of outstanding personalised learning opportunities.
• Assist learners to experience all aspects of College life.
• Support learners within Skills for Life and those attending through links with local schools.
• Maintain high standards of communication and interpersonal skills with students and staff.
