Job summary

WHC Group is seeking Learning Support Assistants to provide one-to-one and small-group support for learners with SEND across campuses in Luton, Watford and Hemel Hempstead. You will help students access the curriculum, develop independence and progress, while supporting EHCP processes and maintaining SEND documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support learners with SEND needs, including those with EHCPs.
• Develop and implement tailored support based on individual needs.
• Work with teaching staff to adapt activities and promote inclusion.
• Prepare and maintain SEND documentation, including EHCPs and exam access arrangements.
• Contribute to EHCP reviews and liaise with families and professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of support, progress and communications.
• Provide a consistent, person-centred learner support.
