Job summary

Solihull College and University Centre is seeking Learning Support Assistants for the Blossomfield Campus. This hourly paid, part-time role offers flexible hours up to 37 per week on a guaranteed annual hours basis.

Ideal candidates will have experience in supportive roles with young people or adults and a good understanding of assisting individuals with additional needs. GCSEs in English and Maths are required, with a willingness to develop specialist skills related to disabilities.

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join the Additional Needs Team at our Blossomfield Campus. This is an hourly paid position. The hours are flexible and variable, up to a maximum of 37 per week, and will be offered on a guaranteed annual hours basis.

The ideal candidates will have experience working in supportive or caring roles with young people or adults and will have an understanding of how to assist individuals with additional needs. Knowledge of inclusive learning and equal opportunities is also important.

Applicants should have GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths and demonstrate a willingness to develop specialist skills related to disabilities.
