Job summary

Chef & Brewer, part of Greene King, is looking for part-time Hotel Staff to help create memorable moments for guests. You’ll check guests in and assist with service during shifts 9:00–14:00 weekdays and 10:00–14:00 weekends.

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Job description

Part Time Hours, three or four shifts/week

Hours of work will be 9:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 14:00 Saturday & Sunday

As Hotel Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re checking in a guest or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing.
