Greene King is recruiting Hotel Staff to create memorable experiences for guests in our pubs and hotels. You will greet guests, assist with room check-ins, and provide expert drink and service recommendations to keep the atmosphere welcoming.

Qualifications

As a Hotel Staff, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
