Job summary

Greene King's Chef & Brewer pubs are seeking an Hotel Staff member to welcome guests and support front-of-house duties across our country-style venues. You’ll help create memorable experiences, advise guests on drinks and meals, and work with a friendly team to maintain high service standards.

Job Description

As Hotel Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re checking in a guest or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications

As a Hotel Staff, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
