Job summary

Greene King are seeking Hotel Staff to create unforgettable moments for guests, from welcoming them at check-in to recommending the perfect drink and ensuring a warm, safe environment across our Chef & Brewer pubs. Join a friendly, inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your hospitality skills.

You’ll contribute to high standards of service, handle guest queries, and help maintain a welcoming front-of-house that supports memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate willingness to learn and expand your hospitality skills.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure drinks are poured to perfection and orders are accurate.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
