Chef & Brewer, part of Greene King, is hiring Hotel Staff to help deliver memorable guest experiences in our country-style pubs with rooms.

You will keep pubs, restaurants, and guest rooms clean, help with check-ins, and ensure every guest feels welcome. English language skills and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintains high standards of cleanliness in pub, restaurant, guest rooms and public areas.
• Cleans, vacuums, dusts, mops and polishes designated areas to welcome guests.

Job Description

As Hotel Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re checking in a guest or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications

As a Hotel Staff, you will...

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the pub, restaurant, guest accommodationand public areas.
• Clean, vacuum, dust, mop, and polish all designated areas to ensure they are presentable and welcoming for guests.
• Prepare and service guest bedrooms, ensuring they meet company standards for cleanliness and comfort.

Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude while working as part of the team.

What you’ll bring...

• Have a great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
