Schulte European Group’s Marine Ballycastle hotel is seeking a Sales & Events Manager to drive revenue across corporate, group, MICE and leisure segments. You will own proactive and reactive sales, convert enquiries into revenue, and build lasting client relationships.

You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to hit commercial targets, oversee event delivery, and ensure a seamless client journey from enquiry to delivery. Experience in hotel sales and events is essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in hotel sales and/or meetings & events.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, target-driven approach.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed business.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good IT skills (knowledge of Opera or similar systems is advantageous).
• Knowledge of the local market is beneficial.
