Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a capable sales leader in Belfast to drive the hotel’s owned segments and overall revenue growth. You will build and empower a dynamic sales team, nurture key client relationships, and collaborate on rate strategies and forecasts.

Using CRM and BI tools, you will analyse market intelligence and lead generation efforts to enhance performance. The role requires strong leadership, commercial insight, and excellent communication in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position in hotels.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Effective communicator with commercial acumen.
• Able to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills.
• Knowledge of the Belfast market is essential.
