Andras Hotels is seeking a General Manager to lead the Ibis Coleraine Riverside Hotel and Sandpiper Bar & Bistro. This hands-on role requires directing both hotel and restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier guest experiences while driving commercial performance and brand standards across the properties.

You will manage front office and accommodation operations, lead a multi-department team, and promote the Sandpiper Restaurant locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' General Manager or Operations (F&B Manager) experience in hotel or hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities.
• Commercial awareness with track record of delivering revenue and profitability targets.
• Hands-on operational leadership style with willingness to support teams across hotel and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ibis Coleraine Riverside Hotel and Sandpiper Bar & Bistro, providing strategic direction across hotel and restaurant operations.
• Lead on-the-ground in hospitality delivery, supporting restaurant floor, reception and hotel teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop training and development plans; coach and mentor staff; build a high-performance service culture.
• Drive revenue growth through commercial leadership, sales, marketing and revenue management initiatives.
• Maintain brand standards, sustainability, and community engagement while managing costs and profitability.
