A day in the life of…

As a Hotel Reservations Agent, you will oversee the reservation process from start to finish, ensuring guests have a seamless booking experience. Your responsibilities include managing reservation systems, communicating with guests and hotel departments, and maintaining accurate reservation records. You will also manage room inventory and rates, supervise reservation staff, and ensure all reservations are properly documented.
