AccorInvest UK is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services professional for an ibis-branded hotel in the United Kingdom. You will provide exceptional guest service by phone, email or face-to-face, answer calls promptly and collect all relevant information, and assist in optimising occupancy and room rates by processing reservations the same day.

The ideal candidate will have hotel experience, a positive, team-oriented attitude, be fluent in English, and possess Opera Cloud PMS expertise.

• Provide exceptional guest service by phone, email or face-to-face.
• Answer calls promptly and collect all relevant information.
• Process reservations to optimise occupancy and ensure actions are completed the same working day.
• Explain the ALL Loyalty Programme to customers.
• Check for duplicate or fake bookings and take necessary action.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints efficiently.
