Job summary

Alfa HolidayGroup at The Royal Hotel, Weymouth, are seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing enquiries and delivering a welcoming, professional experience throughout the stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly demeanour, well organised and computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out; handle inquiries.
• Provide a first-class guest experience, addressing needs.
• Process invoices and related admin tasks; assist in bar service when required.
• Be empathetic toward guests and maintain professional reception standards.
