Job summary

Alfa Holidays in Melrose is seeking a Bar Assistant for The Waverley Castle Hotel. You will work 16 hours per week, including weekends, at an hourly rate of £13.45. The role covers serving drinks in the bar & restaurant, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting in the evening entertainment and charity activities.

Bar Assistant working hours:

Bar Assistant Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of a Bar Assistantwill be to serve drinks to our hotel guests in the bar & restaurant whilst maintaining cleanliness and organisation, making sure all stock and equipment in the bar area meets company standards. In addition, you will be involved in the evening entertainment from taking payments to participating in bingo calling and overseeing the charity fundraising evening.
