Millennium Hotels UK is recruiting a Casual Receptionist for the Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor. You will register guests, handle check-ins/outs, and respond to enquiries while maintaining a courteous, professional first impression.

The role requires confidence in guest interactions, strong communication, and flexibility to multitask in a busy hotel environment. Opera Cloud experience is preferred, with opportunities for development and apprenticeship pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience with Opera Cloud/Opera preferred.
• Confident in guest interactions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately register guests and check them in/out.
• Respond to guest enquiries and assist colleagues.
• Assist Shift Leader with routine tasks and audits.
• Provide courteous, professional service at all times.
• Familiarise with hotel computer system and rates.
• Handle non-arrival reservations and room access issues.
