You will greet guests, register and check out efficiently, and ensure a welcoming front-desk experience. You will respond promptly to guest inquiries, support the Shift Leader, and uphold high standards of service while maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience with Opera Cloud/Opera preferred.
• Strong communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Register guests accurately and process checkouts, including audits.
• Respond to guest inquiries and communicate effectively with staff.
• Assist Shift Leader with tasks such as checking market codes and passport numbers.
