The Dilly, part of the Leonardo Hotels family, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests in London. You will handle check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless experience and delivering five-star service at every interaction.

As the first face guests meet, you will offer local guidance, maintain strong organisation, and collaborate with other hotel teams to create memorable stays across the UK portfolio.

Job description

LLP - The Dilly is Limited Edition, which is a collection of distinctive hotels that have their own characters. Our diverse and friendly teams focus on delivering exceptional guest care, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Limited Edition is a part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio. The Receptionist will support the smooth running and objectives of the Front Office department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness. As a Receptionist you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! Working as part of a vibrant team, you’ll be an ambassador for the hotel as the first person our guests will meet. Whilst organising all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes, you’ll be offering guests the real 5-star treatment at our hotel!
