Job summary

Novotel London Blackfriars is seeking a full-time Hotel Receptionist who is fun, passionate and welcoming to join our fantastic team. You will work morning and evening shifts, including weekends, and may cover night shifts during holidays.

Responsibilities include seamless check-in/check-out, responding to guest queries, recommending local activities and ensuring VIP guests receive special treatment. Prior hospitality experience is valued and a love of London is a plus.

Qualifications

• Welcoming, professional demeanor and strong communication are essential.
• Knowledge of London’s activities, dining and local attractions is important.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is required.

• Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
• Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction.
• Offer recommendations on local activities, dining and entertainment.
• Identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are prepared with VIP amenities.
• Coordinate with the Duty Manager to provide excellent guest service.
• Handle guest messages and room moves as needed.

Full-Time Hotel Receptionist

We’re looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE, and WELCOMING Hotel Receptionist to join our FANTASTIC TEAM at Novotel London Blackfriars!

Shifts: You will be required to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends, and may be required to work night shifts to cover holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience
• Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction
• Offer recommendations on local activities, dining and entertainment
• Identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
• Coordinate with the Duty Manager to provide excellent guest service
• Handle guest messages and room moves as needed
