Job summary

Novotel London Blackfriars is seeking a friendly, passionate hotel receptionist to join our fantastic team. You will warmly greet guests, manage seamless check-ins and check-outs, respond to inquiries, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance every stay.

You’ll coordinate with the Duty Manager to maintain outstanding guest service and anticipate guests’ needs. Shifts include mornings and evenings, weekends, and occasional night coverage.

Qualifications

• A welcoming, professional attitude with strong communication skills
• A knowledge of London’s activities, restaurantsand local attractions
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience
• Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction
• Offer recommendations on local activities, dining and entertainment
• Identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
• Coordinate with the Duty Manager to provide excellent guest service
• Handle guest messages and room moves as needed

Job Description

We’re looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE, and WELCOMING Hotel Receptionist to join our FANTASTIC TEAM at Novotel London Blackfriars!

Shifts: You will be required to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends, and may be required to work night shifts to cover holidays.

What you’ll do

:

• Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience
• Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction
• Offer recommendations on local activities, dining and entertainment
• Identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
