Job summary

Novotel London Blackfriars is hiring a Full-Time Hotel Receptionist who is fun, passionate, and welcoming to join our fantastic team. You will handle seamless check-ins and check-outs, greet guests, answer queries, and suggest local dining and activities.

The role requires a professional, friendly approach, knowledge of London's attractions, and prior receptionist or customer-service experience. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and some night coverage; eligibility to work in the UK

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of London’s activities, restaurants and attractions.
• Welcoming, professional attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
• Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction.
• Offer recommendations on local activities, dining and entertainment.
• Identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities.
• Coordinate with the Duty Manager to provide excellent guest service.
• Handle guest messages and room moves as needed.

Full-Time Hotel Receptionist

We’re looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE, and WELCOMING Hotel Receptionist to join our FANTASTIC TEAM at Novotel London Blackfriars!

Shifts

You will be required to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends, and may be required to work night shifts to cover holidays.

What you’ll do

• Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience
• Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction
