Job summary

Audley Villages is seeking an experienced Hospitality and Restaurant Manager to lead the village operations and deliver exceptional service to Owners and external guests. As Operations Manager you will supervise a team, build relationships, maximise every business opportunity and ensure compliance with all procedures, acting as deputy for the General Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Food, beverage and leisure club management experience in a 4* or higher hospitality environment.
• Ability to deal with employee relations issues professionally and legally.
• Experience in people management including rota management, recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Ability to manage own Profit & Loss, costs, procurement and invoicing processes.
• Project management experience for event planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the village operations team to deliver high-quality service.
• Be the face of the village, hosting and operating to maximise business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and act as deputy for the General Manager in their absence.
