RBH Hospitality Management seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance. You will lead department heads, mentor staff, and ensure service excellence and safety compliance.

You will analyze guest feedback, drive profitability, and collaborate with sales, marketing and HR to align operational goals with business objectives, maintaining seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Strong experience in hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance.
• Excellent financial acumen including budget support, performance monitoring and cost control.
• Guest-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional service.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick, effective decision-making.
• Exceptional communication with guests, staff and senior management.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead and manage department heads and staff, providing guidance and training.
• Monitor guest feedback and address complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Review financial performance, including occupancy, RevPAR and F&B revenue, to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; lead training.
• Communicate operational performance and challenges to senior management via reports.
• Maintain cross-department coordination for seamless guest experiences.
