Job summary

Paisley Recruitement Group is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and lead front-of-house, housekeeping, reception and F&B teams. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to motivate a team in a busy environment, including flexible working hours and bank holidays when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel management or supervisory hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver service excellence.
• Strong planning, budgeting and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of hotel operations.
• Manage and support front-of-house, housekeeping, reception and food and beverage teams.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff.
• Manage staff rotas, shift patterns and daily workloads.
• Monitor budgets, costs, revenue and hotel performance.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Maintain health and safety, fire safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure rooms, facilities and public areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Monitor bookings, occupancy levels and room availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
