Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a premier Bristol hotel to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences across all departments. You will lead daily operations, coach department heads, and drive performance on floor with data-backed decisions.

Ideal candidates have solid hotel operations experience, with supervisory or management exposure, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Solid hotel operations experience, ideally supervisory or management level.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership on the floor with a focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily hotel operations across rooms, food and beverage, and front of house.
• Coaching and developing department heads and their teams.
• Monitoring and driving guest satisfaction scores, responding to feedback.
• Working with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ensuring compliance across health and safety, licensing and brand standards.
• Deputising for the General Manager in their absence.
• Identifying operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement across departments.
