Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn Bristol City Centre. You will oversee hotel operations across rooms, F&B and front of house, supporting department heads and their teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift.

You’ll be a visible, hands-on leader, reviewing performance data and balancing cost control with guest satisfaction. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll manage budgeting, forecasting and cost control while

Qualifications

• Solid hotel operations experience, ideally at a supervisory or management level within a branded property.
• Natural problem-solver, confident communicator, and leads by example on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily hotel operations across rooms, food & beverage, and front of house.
• Supporting, coaching and developing department heads and their teams.
• Monitoring and driving guest satisfaction scores, responding quickly to feedback.
• Working with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ensuring compliance across health and safety, licensing and brand standards.
• Depising for the General Manager in their absence.
• Identifying operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement across departments.
