Job summary

RBH is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance. You will lead department heads, guide staff, and monitor guest feedback to ensure high service standards and strong profitability.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and HR to align goals, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and communicate performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Strong experience in hotel operations spanning Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance.
• Excellent financial acumen with budgeting, monitoring performance and cost control.
• Guest-focused mindset with prompt issue resolution.
• Strong communication with guests, staff and senior management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across departments to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead and coach department heads and staff, delivering guidance and training.
• Monitor guest feedback and address complaints to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Review financial performance, occupancy, RevPAR and F&B revenue; implement profitability strategies.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, maintenance, safety standards through inspections.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and HR to align operational goals with business objectives.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations are followed; train staff on emergency procedures.
• Report on guest satisfaction, financial results and operational metrics to senior management.
